Westhoughton roadworks: 28 August 2023

This week’s roadworks across Westhoughton:

• Church Street bridge works, two way traffic lights until 29 October

• The Hoskers, installing new crossing at St George’s school, off peak working with two way traffic lights, until 1 September

• Landedmans will be closed until Thursday 14 September while Cadent carry out gas works.

• Chorley Road/Whimberry Hill Road until Monday 4 September while Electricity North West carry out works. Two way traffic lights in operation.

• Market Street until 1 December, footpath works

• Wigan Road, on 29 August, two way traffic lights while a weather station is installed
