Swans and ducks at Eatock Lodge

New recycled benches are coming to Eatock Lodge to create more spaces for relaxation at the Daisy Hill beauty spot.

A replacement bin has also been installed.

Westhoughton town councillor Alison Jackson, who visits the lodge regularly with her dog Abby, said: “The old bin was way past its best. This wildlife reserve is beautiful and the birds are safer when the lodge is free from litter.”
